Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ListAnything, at listanything.app (the "Service"), operated by its founder pending the formation of a dedicated legal entity ("ListAnything", "we", "us"). By using the Service or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Note on entity. ListAnything is currently operated by its founder pending the registration of a dedicated legal entity. These Terms will be updated to name that entity, its address, and the governing jurisdiction once registration is complete. Existing customers will be notified of the change in writing.

1. What we provide

ListAnything is (a) a public directory where registered users can list products, tools, services, content and job posts, upvote, and comment, and (b) a paid service that helps you submit your product to relevant third-party directories and, optionally, obtain featured placement on our own directory. Some directories and placements are free; others are paid.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Sign-in is provided via Supabase authentication (email or Google).

3. Your content & listings

You retain ownership of the content you submit (listings, descriptions, links, comments — "User Content"). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute your User Content to operate and promote the Service. You represent that you own or are authorised to list what you submit and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

All use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate it. To report a listing or comment, email support@listanything.app.

4. Payments

Paid services are processed by Dodo Payments (dodopayments.com), which acts as Merchant of Record for your purchase. Dodo Payments handles billing, taxes, invoices, chargebacks, and compliance with local laws, and appears on your statement. Your billing relationship for the purchase is between you and Dodo Payments; your usage relationship is between you and ListAnything. Prices are shown before purchase and most purchases are one-time. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. No guarantee of SEO or ranking results

Any projected backlinks, Domain Rating, traffic, or other figures we display are estimates for planning purposes only and are not promises or guarantees. Search engines, directories, and third parties control acceptance, indexing, link attributes, and rankings — outcomes are outside our control. You are responsible for ensuring your use of any links or placements complies with the policies of relevant search engines and platforms.

6. Third-party sites

The Service links to and interacts with third-party directories and websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or availability.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, excluding User Content, is owned by ListAnything and protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListAnything is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law & contact

Until ListAnything's legal entity is formed, disputes arising from these Terms are governed by the laws of the founder's country of residence, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Once the entity is formed, this governing-law clause will be updated and customers will be notified. Questions? Contact support@listanything.app.
